My company just went to Microsoft Online for our email services, which means we are supposed to sign on through their service for Outlook, etc.
What’s funny is that once I did that, email was horribly slow; I didn’t have to get on our VPN any more, but considering I have to get on the VPN for other services, that doesn’t help me too much.
However, turning OFF the online service signin helped a lot; now my email is fast again.
Total win, when not using a service works better than using the service.
